Analytical Sciences is the UK's leading manufacture of laboratory analysers for measuring TOC ( total organic carbon ), TNb ( total nitrogen ) and TP ( total phosphorus ).
ASL has recently patented its Radox® digestion system which oxidises aqueous matrix organic material, turning an IC ( Ion Chromatograph ) into an elemental analyser. It enables, for example, the measurement of total sulfur to PPT levels, essential in the efficient management of resin bed deterioration in the Nuclear and other industries.
The Radox can also be used with other analysis techniques (e.g. Voltammetry, AA, ICP ) as a substitute for off-line acid digestion. This technique removes the need for acid digestions in many cases.

ASL's THERMALOX range of thermal oxidation TOC/TN Elemental Analysers can also be hyphenated with a Mass Spectrometer for robust carbon and/or nitrogen isotopic ratio analysis.
ASL has a range of OEM equipment including XYZ autosamplers ( similar in design to a Gilson® 222 ), sample homogenization, automated sonication, syringe pumps, hydrolysis reactors, vacuum chemiluminescent NOx analysers, degassers, carrier gas generators and clean-up units.
